Aims and Objectives
Our overall aim is to reduce the impacts associated with day-to-day operations while complying with relevant environmental legislation, monitoring and improving environmental performance, reducing environmental impacts, increasing employee awareness, adopting best practices, and maintaining value for money in all that we do.
We endeavor to:
- Minimize waste evaluating operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible
- Actively encourage green travel minimizing emissions through the selection and use of our fleet.

Anti Bribery Statement
HRCM is committed to conducting its business professionally and with honesty and integrity at all times and complies fully with the Bribery Act 2010. Following the introduction of the Bribery Act 2010, the company considered it appropriate to document its approach within its anti-bribery policy. All commercial financial transactions must be made in accordance with the company’s IS09002 quality procedures manual.
Staff is not permitted to give any gift, hospitality, or incur any expenses in relation to a current or prospective customer, supplier, or employee without first obtaining authorization from the company’s directors. The company acknowledges that genuine business hospitality or the carrying out of promotional activities proportionate to the business is reasonable and notes that such activities are not considered Bribery by the act.

The company strictly prohibits the giving of any donation to any political party or representative of any political party, either at the local or national government level.
The Company is pleased to support local charities and considers such support as being a key part of supporting the local community in which it operates. All such donations must however be proposed to and approved by the board of directors.
The responsibility for compliance with our policy rests with the HRCM Management who conduct a frequent risk assessment and investigate any suspicions of bribery.
All staff receives training in our zero-tolerance approach to corruption and bribery including the importance of following correct procedure as a part of their induction and annual review.
