By remaining technology agnostic allows us to deliver unbiased options appraisals for our customers and we can support whatever tooling proves to be the right fit. Our impartiality is why HRCM is often the supplier of choice for “Critical Friend” engagements that involve feasibility studies, VFM assessments, health checks, and discoveries requiring an impartial options appraisal.

We, therefore, champion upskilling our customers to be able to take full ownership of the solutions we deliver. This is overseen by our experienced Delivery Team, ensuring that we build internal capability along with building your IP.
06 IR35 Compliance
HRCM are subject matter experts in Off-Payroll Working (OPW) and the Intermediaries Legislation (IR35). HRCM ensures that any PSCs engaged for any of its services are accurately determined as inside or outside of IR35. We support this by underwriting all parties within the supply chain for any PSC determined as outside of IR35.
